Do you ship Internationally?
No. However, you can schedule a shipping company to pick up your items from our location. If you email us in advance, then we can pack your items and have them ready. You may need to provide us with customs documents and a shipping address label, which we will apply to your package for you.

UK Mainland – FREE
Scottish Highlands – £ 9.50
Northern Ireland – £7.50
Isle Of Wight – £4.50
Channel Islands: Jersey, Guernsey and Sark – £26.50
All deliveries are shipped with DX Next Working Day Delivery on orders received before 3pm.
Remote areas: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Islands, next day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders received before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Next working day delivery usually gets delivered to you by 6pm.

How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you can do so at any time before we ship it. We usually pack and send out orders very quickly, so if you want to cancel or change your order, please call us on 0203 519 0293 as soon as possible.
If we have not already dispatched your items, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the debit card or credit card used to place your order.
We will process the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of cancellation. If we have sent the goods before you cancel your order, you can still receive a refund by following the returns procedure outlined below.
How can I return a product?
Once we have dispatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 30 days of delivery (or collection) without providing a reason, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and will be required to pay any associated costs), and we reserve the right to reduce your refund if your handling of them causes any damage to the goods.
We will make all refunds to the debit or credit card used to place your order, and we will process the payment within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that they have been returned to us.
Do you provide any warranty?
If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
This may involve a repair, providing a replacement product, or giving you a full or partial refund.
Your rights, as defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms.
