How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders.

For orders under £50 the Express next business day delivery charge is £6.00 and for all orders £50 and over it is FREE.

We also offer a Premier delivery option (next business day before 12 noon) for an additional £30 charge.

Remote areas: For orders to some addresses, Express or Turbo delivery options are not available.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day for standard and express deliveries. For Premier delivery we must have the order by 11am to guarantee next day delivery.

Express delivery usually gets to you by 1800 (6pm) and Premier delivery usually by 1200 (noon) on the next business day (Monday – Friday).

Remote areas: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so at any time until we send it out. We normally pack and send out orders very quickly so if you want to cancel your order, please call us on 0203 519 0293 as soon as possible.

If we have not already sent the goods out, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order.

We will make the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of cancellation. If we have sent the goods before you cancel your order, you can still get a refund by following the returns procedure set out below.

How can I return a product?

Once we have dispatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 30 days of delivery (or collection) without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we are allowed to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them.

We will make all refunds to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof that you have sent them back to us.

Do you provide any warranty?

If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, contact us at any time and we will work with you to deal with the problem.

This may involve a repair, providing a replacement product or giving you a full or partial refund.

Your rights, defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms.
